To serve our dishes we have an internal dining room and a covered terrace, and in the summer months a porch in the garden of the pool area. The Cuisine in La Miniera Fiorita offers various dishes and its possible to taste Italian and European Tipical Dishes too. You can start with typical Sardinia recipes like Roast Pork, roast Goat, local Ravioli and typical Malloreddus, all coocked according the tradition, using tipical seasonal local products.
